HealthcareSource knew they wanted to send an eye-catching direct mail postcard to hospitals across the entire United States, however they were unsure of what the design should look like.

Cognito proposed a design solution which resulted in what became known as the “push pin” campaign. Twenty one unique, but similar looking postcards were designed which included using gold colored pins which indicated specific hospitals that were already using HealthcareSource software for applicant tracking.
